My husband and I are so thankful we were introduced to Aimey at the start of our home selling experience. As it happened, I first saw Aimey’s work when we came to look at a house in Spicewood. We weren’t 100% committed to buying a new house but after we saw this one with it’s beautiful first impression upon entering and how so many of our other boxes were checked, we acted quickly and put our house on the market as soon as possible. We were hesitant because we had tried to sell our home about a year and a half earlier with a different real estate group and had very little interest and only one offer significantly below our asking price.
The real estate group that represented the seller of the Spicewood home also represented us as the buyers and were our listing brokers. Once we decided to list our house, Aimey came over quickly and literally in two hour’s time made many small yet highly effective recommendations for both inside and outside of the house. The most eye opening for me, and in my opinion, the number one reason we were under contract within 48 hours of listing it, was because she suggested repainting the majority of our downstairs–out with the outdated Tuscan yellow and in with a fresh color being used in all the model homes. That task was daunting but Aimey assured me it would make a huge impact and she had people who could get it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Aimey has contacts for everything from painters to discount counter tops and everything in between and she is available to help every step of the way.
Imagine our surprise when we were under contract so quickly and for an amount significantly exceeding our asking price. I was so impressed with Aimey that I asked for her consultation on design ideas for our new house. She has such an amazing eye for design and color!

Aimey Hanners helped us stage our home for sale. She was courteous and professional, but more importantly, practical. She did not suggest expensive changes that would not make a difference in the sale of our house. She suggested wood floors in the main living areas and tile in the kitchen and breakfast areas. We also replaced one countertop with granite at her suggestion. She saved us significant time and money by selecting reasonably priced wood and tile as well as the granite. She helped us stage each room, reminding us that the key to her selections were about staging, not decorating.
